Use of Worthington Presbyterian Church is at the discretion of the pastors, Facilities Committee and Session. Please contact the church office at 614-885-5355 to obtain the proper request forms. Preference is given to church members. A range of fees apply.

Parking
During the week, parking is available in the church lot behind the church and on the street in front of the church. For special events, parking is available at the Griswold Senior Center. However, please note those parking in spots reserved for physically handicapped individuals will be subject to city fines. On Sundays, parking is available in the church lot, in all Griswold spaces (even handicapped), and at the Huntington Bank across the street. Questions? Transportation
Bus transportation is available to seniors at select locations for the 11:15 a.m. worship service. Please contact Rick Wilcox, Facilities Manager, at 614-885-5355 to discuss a ride to our services.

Wedding Policy
      By Session directive, our Church schedules weddings for members of the Church. It is expected that at least one of the couple to be married is an active member of the congregation for at least six (6) months before a wedding may be scheduled. (Consistent attendance and stewardship constitute active membership.) Special consideration may be given to a person whose parents are members, if that person has grown up in another church and was living elsewhere when the parents joined our church.
      Non-members wishing to be married at Worthington Presbyterian Church may submit their request in writing to Jan Elliott, wedding assistant, by e-mail for review by the pastoral staff. If approved, there is a $2,000.00 fee for church usage, which includes customary honoraria and fees.
      Couples wishing to marry at Worthington Presbyterian Church should call the church office to check availability of the sanctuary. They will then meet with Jan Elliott, our wedding assistant, to discuss policies and procedures of marrying at Worthington Presbyterian Church. One of the clergy of Worthington Presbyterian Church will officiate at the wedding in our Church. The clergy are assigned on an availability basis with an eye toward fair representation for each. Our organist or music director is in charge of all music. Couples should arrange to meet with the organist to plan their musical selections, whether or not the couple chooses to use the organist. Finally, a wedding coordinator is assigned to each wedding.
      Premarital counseling classes are required by the Church and are offered in groups several months before the wedding. To register for the next class, contact Jan Elliott or the Reverend Amy Avery at the church at 614-885-5355.
